Cancellation Policy/Terms and Conditions
Your registration may be assigned to another person should you need to cancel after fees have been paid. Cancellations must by notified in writing to the NZIA (email: firstname.lastname@example.org). If you are unable to find a replacement, a full refund less NZ$80 will be made provided notification is received no later than 27 January 2017. Refunds for cancellations after this date will be made at the discretion of the NZIA.
In the event of industrial disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances that disrupt the conference, NZIA accept no responsibility. The information on the conference website is correct at the time of publication however, NZIA reserve the right to change information.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the NZIA, the Conference is cancelled, registration will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
Delegates are encouraged to take out personal travel and medical insurance which includes loss or damage of personal possessions, including loss of registration and accommodation fees through cancellation.
Photographs will be taken at this event and may be used in website, social media and printed publications. If you DO NOT give permission for your photographs or name to be published by this event, it is your responsibility to advise the photographer at the time and request that you are not included.
